Used by seasoned artists yet easy enough for the beginner, monotypes using gelatin prints is a fast, fun, color-filled experience in printmaking! In the 2-part series, Monotypes Using Gelatin Plates, students will learn to make their own gelatin plate, use a variety of tools to create expressive and spontaneous imagery, and employ water based inks to generate multiple prints to take home. Join artist Gail Herscher to learn this lively process that you can easily do at home. This course is open to everyone aged 16 and over.
